Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the myplan.cloud website uses, what they are for, how long they are stored and how you can decide which ones to allow. General information on how we handle personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible?

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage serves a similar purpose. They allow the website to remember your settings and – if you consent – let us measure how the website is used and how our ads perform.

3. How you decide about cookies

• On your first visit, the website asks which cookies you allow. There are three categories: necessary, analytics and marketing.
• Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed in your browser with your consent. Until you decide, they stay switched off.
• We store your choice for 180 days, after which we ask again.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the bottom-left corner of the page. If you withdraw consent, the website deletes the affected cookies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
• We use Google services with Google Consent Mode. If you do not consent, Google tags neither set nor read cookies; in that case Google only receives cookieless measurement signals that contain no identifiers.

Without these, the website could not remember your cookie choice, so they work without consent (under Section 155(4) of Hungarian Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications).

• myplan_cookie_choice_v1 (browser local storage) – stores your cookie choice. Set by: myPlan.cloud. Duration: 180 days.

Analytics – Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Purpose: measuring how visitors use the website (e.g. pages viewed, form starts, button clicks) so we can improve the content. Legal basis: your consent.

• _ga – distinguishes visitors. Duration: 2 years.
• _ga_1VXP7XEZS4 – keeps the session state. Duration: 2 years.

Marketing – Google Ads

Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Purpose: measuring whether our ads lead to enquiries, and showing ads to people who have already visited the website. Legal basis: your consent.

• _gcl_au – links ad clicks to conversions (e.g. enquiries). Duration: 90 days.
• _gcl_aw – the identifier of a Google Ads click; only created if you arrive from an ad. Duration: 90 days.
• Google may also set advertising cookies on its own domains (e.g. google.com, doubleclick.net) to measure and target ads. For details, see Google's cookie policy.

5. Data transfers

Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains your data protection rights in detail (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent). For questions, write to info@myplan.cloud. 8. Changes to this policy

If the cookies used on the website change, we will update this policy.
