Yes. Our pricing scales based on the maximum number of users on a project. This means you only pay for the number of users actively involved in the project each month.
How can I control the price?
By inviting and excluding users, you can control the price of the project. We recommend that you exclude users who are no longer needed, this will make the project fee cheaper next month. Excluded users will not be able to log in, but all their activity will remain transparent.
How do we calculate the price per user for multiple projects?
Pricing is calculated on a project-by-project basis, with no user overlaps.
What extra costs do I have to expect?
